Muay Thai is an excellent Cardio Work and self defense for close quarter fighting, our classes teach both hand, elbow and leg striking techniques.
Muay Thai is Thailand's traditional fighting system.It is an excellent training for both Men , Women and children. Using large muscle groups such as legs teaches balance , co-ordination , and is one of the best ways to increase your cardio- vascular system , muscle tone while learning realistic self defense skills.
Training available all day , with programs focusing on teaching women.
We provide programs for Women with weight loss , fitness and self defense as the main focus.
All classes are designed for Beginners and Advanced students alike,
Women, Teenagers , Men and Children everyone is welcome.

Children under 12 are best to train before 5.30 pm each day

Note: Sparing is optional for all students and not encouraged until they are comfortable with the basics. Everyone is welcome to join the class.
What to wear
SHORTS , T-SHIRT (SPORTS TOP FOR LADIES) OR SANDOL, NO SHOES ON THE MAT , AND BRING A TOWEL
Glooves and Hand wraps can be purchased at the Academy.
